Penelope proudly served as Chief Editor of HCI’s Counselor Magazine and Web Editor at The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She has edited various journals, newsletters and websites. Penelope is also the editor of thirteen books.

Layout & Design


Penelope designs print layouts and book covers using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. She builds websites with an eye toward integrating print and online products. She has overseen the production of multiple publications and has consulted companies and clients on website design and magazine development.
